Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ground-ship within the lower 48 states for free.  If you are in Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the United States, additional shipping fees will apply.  If you need expedited shipping in the United States, you can select a faster option and pay an additional fee.


RETURN POLICY

We do not offer returns or replacements of the majority of our items because our boxes are hand-kitted and packaged as a whole SKU.  If any item within the box is damaged, or if there is a size or color-specific product for which the recipient needs a replacement, we are happy to help facilitate that.  Please email support@carakit.com with the name of the recipient, the item to replace, and a mailing address to send the return label.  The recipient should return the item for replacement/exchange within 30 days of receipt of the replacement label. We will send the replacement item immediately, but if we do not receive the exchange item by the end of the 30th day after the date we send the replacement label, the card on file will be charged for the replacement item.
